Servicing
If your property already has an alarm system, Choice Security Pty Ltd Melbourne can still help you.
Our technicians have worked with hundreds of different alarm systems, and therefore will be able to give your existing system a full service to ensure maximum functionality or even extend and upgrade your system.
An Australian Standards is recommended, and in some cases it is a condition of your insurance, that your existing alarm system be serviced at least every two years for a residential premises and once a year for a commercial premises.
Back-to-base monitoring
To be connected back-to-base gives you great peace of mind 24 hours a day.
Our Grade 1 Control room offers response to all alarm events, including potential break and enter, smoke detection and medical emergencies.
You or your nominated contacts will be immediately informed and if requested or required, a patrol response will be dispatched to your premises.
There are numerous options within back to base monitoring, for example:
- The inclusion of a GSM Unit
- Weekly reports of all opening/closing events
- Hold-Up buttons
